I know I should feel badly for some New Yorkers and I'm sure
I'd be outraged if I lived in NYC or its boroughs - but for every street that wasn't plowed, I'd like a count of how many had abandoned vehicles blocking the plow trucks way. Honestly, what do people expect from a system that they take for granted most of the year, spending time railing against "taxes" and then screaming when services aren't available immediately. What's wrong with us?
